As a member of the Server Memory Development team at IBM India Systems Development Lab (ISDL), Iām thrilled to be working on the latest innovations in server class memory technology! š Our team is pioneering the development of memory subsystem architectures, including DDR4 & DDR5 DRAM DIMM, MRAM, SSD/FLASH, and Storage Class Memory. Validation and Competitive Analysis š
- One of my primary tasks involves performing validation and competitive analysis of new memory technologies. This includes working with prototype and engineering samples from various suppliers to ensure their compatibility and performance with IBM’s server systems.

Hands-on Experience in POWER Server Lab š»
- I get the chance to gain practical experience in a POWER Server Lab, where I work directly with IBM’s POWER servers. This hands-on experience is crucial for understanding the intricate details of server memory architecture.

Suggesting Improvements š
- Another important aspect of my role is to suggest improvements in the current validation techniques. By analyzing and understanding the existing processes, I aim to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our validation methodologies.

- Throughout the project, I strive to deepen my understanding of server memory architecture and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of POWER servers. This includes staying updated with the latest trends and technological advancements in the field.

- VLSI Design Cycle: Working knowledge of the VLSI design cycle, digital electronics, and computer systems.
- Memory Technologies: Proficiency in different memory technologies and their end uses.
- Programming and Scripting: Proven programming and scripting skills (Python/PERL) are highly desired.
