🎯 Responsibilities 🎯
- Developing analysis and reporting capabilities: Assigning numerical values to essential business functions to assess and compare performance over time.
- Monitoring performance and quality: Identifying improvements, optimizing existing services and systems, and ensuring data quality and source of truth availability.
- Collaboration: Working with other teams to find useful business insights and supporting them in setting up success metrics for products/features.
- Business Requirements: Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to deliver on business requirements OTIF (on time in full).
- Data Analytics: Utilizing both Web Analytics and Backend Data analytics.
- Quick Learning: Adapting quickly to Bespoke & third-party SaaS reporting tools with minimal documentation.
- Presenting Demos: Assisting in presenting demos and preparing materials for leadership.
📋 Requirements 📋
- Experience with Python Data Analysis Packages: Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn is a must.
- Data Exploration and Visualization: Skilled with tools like Amplitude, Clevertap, MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Querying and Reporting: Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Business Acumen: Ability to transform ambiguous business and product issues into well-scoped, impactful analysis.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Desire to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive Communication: Strong communication skills.
